The Same Tree follows three students living under the same education system but walking very different paths. Nivedita succeeds in exams and is called a topper. Vikas finds meaning in sports and keeps moving forward, no matter his marks. Sanjhana is creative, but her talent is ignored and constantly discouraged. When results day arrives, their lives react differently, exposing how one system judges everyone by the same standard. The film questions an education system that expects every student to succeed in the same way, even when they are meant to grow differently.
