Users can access premium features by purchasing plans. Due to the immediate access nature of these purchases, refunds are not provided for premium services, including analytics access plans.

Short of the Month is not responsible for the content displayed on the website as it is user-submitted content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any user-submitted content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All submitted films should be publicly accessible, and the submitter must have the legal right to submit the film to Short of the Month.
