True Love is a no-budget dark comedy from first time writer and director Jay Slater. It tells the story of Tommy, (Lee Moran) a mob boss set to torture a snitch (Dylan Antique) in his garage. But before he can do anything to him, his wife, Maria, (Lauren Griffith) keeps barging in to do or ask something. What starts out as an annoyance, spirals into Tommy having to confront his shortcomings as a husband, and save his marriage.
